All service fees, payment schedules, and applicable charges will be communicated before the project begins. Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule. Failure to make payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
Urban SEO uses professional and ethical strategies to improve online visibility and search performance. However, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, leads, sales, or revenue, as search engines and advertising platforms continuously change their algorithms, policies, and systems.
Website projects are delivered according to the agreed scope. Requests outside the original scope may involve additional fees. Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving content, designs, and functionality before final delivery.
The number of revisions included in a project will depend on the agreed package or proposal. Additional revisions or changes beyond the agreed scope may be charged separately.
Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the final custom work delivered specifically for the client will transfer according to the project agreement. Urban SEO may retain rights to its pre-existing tools, processes, templates, methodologies, and reusable resources.
Our services may involve third-party platforms such as Google, social media networks, hosting providers, plugins, APIs, and other services. Urban SEO is not responsible for changes, outages, suspensions, algorithm updates, or policies imposed by third-party platforms.
Clients must not use our services for illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or malicious activities. Urban SEO reserves the right to refuse or terminate services associated with prohibited activities.
We will take reasonable measures to protect confidential business information shared with us during a project. Clients are also expected to protect confidential information, strategies, credentials, and materials provided by Urban SEO.
Either party may terminate an ongoing service agreement according to the terms established in the applicable proposal or contract. Outstanding payments for completed work or services already provided remain payable after termination.
Urban SEO will make reasonable efforts to provide reliable and professional services. However, we are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profits, loss of business, search-engine penalties caused by factors outside our control, platform changes, website failures, or third-party service interruptions.
