General Policy

Urban SEO operates on a no-refund policy for our SEO services. Once services have been rendered or work has commenced, we do not offer refunds. This is because SEO is a time-intensive process, and our team invests significant resources to achieve the best possible results for our clients.

Special Circumstances

While our general policy is to not issue refunds, we understand that there may be special circumstances where a refund is warranted. In such cases, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Urban SEO management. Special circumstances may include, but are not limited to:

  1. Service Non-Delivery: If Urban SEO fails to deliver the services as outlined in the agreed-upon contract within the specified timeframe without a valid reason or prior communication, a partial or full refund may be considered.

  2. Severe Performance Issues: If there are significant performance issues that can be directly attributed to the work performed by Urban SEO, and all reasonable efforts to rectify the issue have been exhausted, a partial refund may be considered.

  3. Mutual Agreement Termination: If both parties mutually agree to terminate the service contract before any significant work has been done, a partial refund may be issued based on the proportion of work completed.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund under special circumstances, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit a Written Request: Send an email to our support team at info@urbanseo.pk with the subject line “Refund Request”. Include your name, contact information, service details, and a detailed explanation of the reason for your refund request.

  2. Review and Response: Our management team will review your request and respond within 10 business days. Additional information or documentation may be requested to support your claim.

  3. Resolution: If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed upon.

SEO Training Policy

For our SEO training programs, we offer a flexible refund policy to accommodate your needs:

  • Refund Eligibility: You may request a refund within 3 days of signing up for the training program.
  • Refund Process: To initiate a refund, please contact us at info@urbanseo.pk with your purchase details and reason for cancellation. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of approval.

After the 3-day window, all training fees become non-refundable.
